The Wave

Car cultures for the various types and brands usually have their own little symbols and mannerisms that the members use to communicate amongst themselves.

One form of greeting is “the Wave” when drivers spot someone with their same unique taste in vehicles and wave to them in recognition to say “I see you… cool ride”

This is typically done with the left hand and is not a full wave, but with the thumb and two fingers, leaving the other two fingers to easily resume a grip on the wheel afterwards.

This is usually referred to as the “<Copyrighted Brand Name> Wave”, which we’ve unfortunately just shortened the name to “The Wave” to avoid any issues with copyrighted intellectual properties. This is a sad reality in today’s market where brands comb the web to find even the slightest hint of intellectual property infringement.

The Waver is a unique bobble type hand design designed in-house by dueWest Kraftwerks

The hand and base are fashioned from durable ABS plastic in multiple colors.

Available in: Purple, Pink, Green, Olive, Red, Azure Blue, Blue, Green, Silver, and Yellow.

The spring is fashioned from black PET-G plastic which is more flexible and elastic to enhance the bobble effect.

Strong Automotive 3M adhesive strip to attach the base to dashboard. Though dash covering materials vary greatly, we've found that we can remove the Wavers after months with little damage or residue, but your milage may vary.
